LODGING POLICIES

The Plantation House Boutique Inn is a family owned exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance will be due at check-in.

Check-in: 3:00pm-6:00pm. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:30am

No smoking inside the House. This includes vapor and e-cigarettes. However, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pets.

Enjoy the taste of Southern cooking, "Luey Style", provided between 8:00am-10:00am daily. Come grab and go or relax in the dining room. If you need earlier, please let Luey know.

Children are not allowed in pool without an attending adult. There will be no lifeguard on duty. Please, no swimming after 10:00pm. Let us know if you need a beach towel. We will be happy to provide.

In the event of a pandemic, government shutdown or an uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.

The Austin area and Pflugerville area has several toll roads. If getting a rental from the airport, we suggest discussing options with your rental agent about toll package purchases. If they offer a daily fee, it would be beneficial to purchase. These tolls truly help in getting faster to your destination.


GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
